Synthesis Technology is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Chicago, IL

Job Overview:

Synthesis Technology is seeking a talented Marketing Generalist to join our growing RevOps team. The Marketing Generalist will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing of enterprise software solutions, strong design and literature produciton skills, and experience working in HubSpot.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and Google Ads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, such as collateral, presentations, and website content
  • Manage social media and HubSpot marketing platform to engage with customers and drive brand awareness
  • Create compelling content for website, emails, and other marketing materials
  • Update graphics for our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and other promotional materials
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market trends
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus

4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably for software solutions

3 years of experience working with HubSpot and inbound marketing strategies, with a focus on digital marketing, SEO and social media

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite

HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification is preferred

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
